Abstract Submission for the 2025 Meeting
The abstract submission process has undergone important changes. You can only submit the abstract electronically using the link below.
You must submit a title and abstract no later than midnight, September 27, 2025.

Presenter Instructions
Poster Presentations
The poster size is 36 inch high x 42 inch wide and tri-fold mounting board, easel, and pins are provided. Posters must be put up between 7:30-8:30 and will be attended from 8:30 - 9:45.
Oral Presentations
Oral presentations are 10 minutes, with 5 minutes for questions. The section chair will provide a laptop and email instructions to all presenters to arrive 10-15 minutes early to the presentation location to load their presentations and check formatting before the session begins. Be sure to have access to your presentation through a USB flash drive.
